Step 1: Site visit & consultation
It all starts with a consultation in your home. An important part of the design process is listening to our clients plans, needs and aspirations for their new garden. We’ll talk-through these requirements and review your garden/outdoor space. After this, you’ll be provided with a written brief that details the design process, costs and project goals.
Step 2: Site Survey and Analysis
Once the design brief and costs have been approved, we conduct a full site survey. The site survey captures important information required for the design i.e. dimensions of the site, soil type, aspect and existing utlities.
Step 3: Design & Plans
You’ll be presented with an initial concept plan in 2D, mood boards and sample materials. Once your feedback has been taken on board, we’ll then work on your final master plan. The final plan is in 3D and will enable you to visualise what your garden will look like. A technical plan will be included which can be handed over to landscapers, as well as a detailed planting plan.
Step 4: Build & Delivery
We’ll help you choose a landscaper or work with your own. We have trusted landscapers that we have worked with and can recommend. We’ll oversee the build, making sure everything stays on track and within budget.
Step 5: Planting
Your plants will be handpicked from our preferred choice of nurseries. They will be delivered to your property and set out by Sophie. As a planting plan will be provided, you are more than welcome to supply the plants yourself if this is a preferred option.
Step 6: Maintenence
Once your garden is complete, we’ll check back on your garden to see how it’s maturing. We also offer maintenance services if required.
